First Group Win Contract To Improve York Park & Ride

Stagecoach Keeping Green With Latest Transport Project

Bus operator Stagecoach have revealed that eight buses on their fleet have been running on 100% biodiesel, manufactured from used cooking oil and other food industry by-products in an experiment, the first of it’s kind, started in October last year.

Stagecoach buses to reduce fuel use

Stagecoach Transport group, which operates 7,000 buses across the UK, is to adopt a fuel saving compound across its entire fleet after tests showed that it reduced usage by 4%.
