Enterprise Europe Network for SMEs

John Williams - Wednesday 13.02.08, 06:46am

The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), Europe’s largest network of small business support organisations has been launched, the European Commission announced this week.

The EEN is designed to support and help small business owners and entrepreneurs, on a wide range of business issues, including  expanding into other EU countries, launching new products and accessing funding.

The services of the EEN are specifically designed and aimed at SMEs in the Euro zone, but are available to all businesses, research centres and universities across Europe.

The EEN is made up of around 600 partner organisations in more than 40 countries, promoting competitiveness and innovation at the local level in Europe and beyond.

Whether you need help with information on EU legislation, finding a business partner, want to benefit from innovation networks in your region or need information on funding opportunities, the EEN is the place to visit.
